Having reached unprecedented levels of polluting gasses in town and cities, the Chinese government have put a new policy in place.

From April 2013 Chinese polluting emissions are to be halved.

It has been made public that the governments of some about-to-become-developing countries like Spain, Italy, Greece, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom have recently signed an economy boosting package deal with the nipon country by which all the baseline manufacturing industry will be carried out in Europe, as well as the burden of air pollution.

Prime Ministers and Presidents of the New European Banana countries have said that they are very pleased with this new deal. And are glad to see toy factories reopening, Nike shoes will be commissioned to be manufactured by school children in deprived areas in need of extra chash to support their parents, most of them living on the estate’s benefits. This is hoped to reduce the expense in european countries by at least 200 billion euros.

In exchange, and as a gratefulnes gesture, the Chinese government has granted all European countries the designation of the Chinese New Year as a bank holiday in Europe.
